General Inquiries

Yes! COD is available on orders above INR 999.

You can place return / exchange requests by emailing us at team@punya.co or sending us a whatsapp message at +91 7982221262.

- Submit the required details as prompted.

- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 3 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

For orders above Rs. 999, we provide a 3-day, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. (On selected products, please check description of the product before ordering) For orders below Rs. 999, exchanges and returns are accepted with a nominal charge of Rs. 100.
You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 business days for metro cities and 4-8 business days for other locations across India. We strive to pack your products securely and entrust them to the most suitable courier service for efficient and prompt delivery. You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping rates are free for orders above Rs. 999, while a nominal charge of Rs. 100 is applicable for orders below this threshold. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation, particularly in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

Cancellations & Returns

You can cancel your order by emailing us at team@punya.co or through your account section on Punyah.co

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or reach out to us on Instagram or Whatsapp. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns for orders under the value of INR 999. In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on team@punyah.co

Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or reach out to us to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.

Return request needs to be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.
For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you.

Payments, Sizing & Other inquiries
